More remakes of classics!
Thankfully its coming on Steam and I've got a debit! Rocket Knight Adventures has got to be one of the games that eaten away most of the hours when my Megadrive was still plugged in. Countless memories... Amazingly I managed to conquer it when younger, but now I'm finding difficulty with the game again! I blame it on using a keyboard instead of a D-pad.
I'm still looking forward to an Alien Soldier one as well! My own fan progress on it is painfully slow..

Straight on!
Recently a game that has many awaiting and talking about was released, FINAL FANTASY XIII. But it seems that the game has been too overhyped and has felt to me (after reading online articles), that it will be a failure after a very long time in the FF franchise. Just look at the level map, first look reminded me of the map from House of the Dead. But even that had more branches to progress from.

Final Fantasy is and always had been a very open-world RPG, you could decide what to do. Wanna walk around Midgar and just take in the destruction around the place? Feel like taking bounties in Ivalice and then continue with the story? The towns/villages/cities also play a supremely integral part in immersing you to the world and feel the emotions of the place. I could only hope that when I finally get my hands on the game and a PS3, I will be able to find some hope in the game.
Wanna try out FF13 before you buy it? The below mentioned link leads to a fullscreen Linear RPG that's rather interesting with a cliche storyline.

Idlin'
Idling in TF2 and Mousehunt, thats my life when not in camp. Now I can even practice crafting in preparation for the real thing in TF2! Anyone new to this concept of crafting or never even played TF2 can refer to this, and know what and what makes what.

H4X!

Anyways, its good practice since I haven't done any graphical stuff since enlisting.
*Btw anyone have tips on how to make the edges of magic wand items more smooth and less pixely? Make it all blend in and stuff.
Anyhoo...

I don't care what they all say..
Kodomo no Jikan is a great anime. Those who think its only a loli fanservice more than likely made such a decision after the first episode. Try watching the entire series, its actually very deep.
I quote this from a user on youtube (jjrudki):
This is one of the touching scenes for episode 6, the song is also very beautiful. I'll just leave it here.

People judge this anime because of its loli fan service, which is ridiculous. It really is a work of art, even if a lot of that is due to its controversial nature. The few scenes where things get a bit rude do not give a reason to bash the entire series, unless YOU YOURSELF decide to look at said character in a sexual way. In which case, would make them a bit creepy.Episode 6 made me feel for Kokonoe Rin, behind all her cheerfulness she's actually going through a very hard time most of us never experienced.
Its a nice story with great characters and some incredibly funny moments, and the funny moments outweigh the cringworthy moments.

And here we have two lovely pieces of art work for auction.
The two works that you see below are done by an up and coming artist called "Anonymous". The artist had an education in a design institute and received a diploma for his outstanding achievements, in the year 2009. The artist cites Jackson Pollock as one of his main sources of inspiration, and finds that showing his creations through Abstract Expressionism very enlightening.
Each piece has a starting price of $2009SGD, with each incremental bid worth $500SGD.
Bidding will end in a weeks time, on the 27th April 2009.
Please direct all bids to the comments section for this post.
Details for payment and collection will be made to the winning bidder.
